About Us

 

 As a leader in sustainable adventure tourism, Impact Adventure Africa offers a range of tailor-made adventure experiences, concentrated around our community venues in Gauteng, North West, Mpumalanga, Kwa-Zulu Natal, Eastern Cape, Northern Cape and Free state.  These venues are carefully selected to ensure the best client experience, while striving to fulfill our passion towards sustainable tourism.

 

Our guides, the backbone of our business, are passionate locals, that has been qualified and registered to ensure the safe execution of our adventurous activities like river rafting, kayak tours, abseiling, rock climbing, kloofing, archery and our newly added eco-friendly scooter bush trails and game drives…yes, away with the noise of quad bikes!  

We also offer various fun filled outdoor activities with association partners, like paintball, zipline, quad biking, go-karting, boot cruises, airboat experiences and horse trails.

Impact Adventure Africa was founded in 2014, by Rene and Hermi. Their passion for family, friends, food, life, nature, and adventure, forms the corner stone of Impact Adventure Africa. 

Hermi Cremer, an adventure specialist, with over 11 years of river experience, holds a degree in Tourism and Recreation Management. Hermi is the backbone of our operations and are backed by a group of skilled and register adventure tourism guides. Hermi is also a passionate mentor, who keenly share her expertise!

Rene, an experienced businesswoman, with a doctoral degree in counselling psychology. Published research on “Influence of Multiculturalism and Diversity in how we reach Self- Mastery” and the “Use of Adventure Experiences to Release the Potential in Young People” drives the business side!

Their passion for fire food, has led to these two lady’s participations in various National and International based fire food competitions. With a trophy cupboard of note, it is guaranteed, that your tastebuds will be spoiled during your visit in the most unspoiled nature venues in Africa.
