These team building activities & team building events are outcome based, yet also focus on fun and laughter as this element will break down barriers between individuals and groups alike, building stronger personal relations within your company or organization.

Impact Adventure Africa can also provide your group with outcome based formal training team building programs focusing on development of your group in the training room. Provide us with your specific objectives and outcomes for this solution.

Each session delivers a KQS (Keep doing, Quit doing and Start doing) personal development debrief session.

We normally start any teambuilding with a few warm-up or ice breaker games. The activities are created to loosen up the group whilst breaking the ice between the team members and having light-hearted fun at the same time! Ice Breaker activities can be adjusted according to disabled needs, strenuous/non-strenuous.

R 100 per person per Ice Breaker

  •  Impact So (We will teach you how the Impact Team greet; this is a great ice breaker and will loosen any group)
  •  South African Robot (This is a light-hearted activity where the group are challenged to do what the South African Traffic Law says and not do what the motorist does)
  •  Human Knot (Group needs to take hands and figure out a way to change direction without leaving your partners hands
  • Untie me (Two/two delegates are tied by a rope around their wrists and need to take up the challenge and free themselves from their partner). Excellent ice breaker!

The teams complete various tasks, all requiring a different approach and leadership style. With some challenges the planning and mental abilities of the group will be highlighted, whilst in others a more instinctive approach to a physical task will be more effective. (Adjustable according to disabled needs, strenuous/non-strenuous)
